We guide you through your project from beginning to end, either delivering a design you’ve had commissioned or starting from the very beginning, finding and assessing suitable plots, developing a design for planning and refining that design with spec and finishes, to delivery. Our homes are crafted with care and diligence backed up with equally diligent customer care.

Initial meeting to discuss your project.
Stage 2 (3 – 6 months)
Architectural design & planning of your home, along with planning application submission.
Stage 3 (6 – 8 weeks)
Tender submission, formal contract, and agreement to proceed.
Stage 4 (6 – 12 weeks)
Your design choices, the specifying & designing of your home interior.
Stage 5 (12 – 24 months)
The construction of your home. This time will be dependant on the type of build.
Stage 6 (up to 24 months)
After commissioning and testing, your home is ready for completion and handover.
